Attic Conversions and recent new build projects completed.
- Streamstown, Malahide – Complete build of 2 spacious homes, consisting of 6 bedrooms (5 double, 1 twin, including attic room), 5 bathrooms – Achieved a BER A rating. Both landscaped to the front and rear of properties.
- Lower Churchtown Road, Churchtown – Large dormer attic conversion to existing bungalow consisting of 2 large bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 large walk-in wardrobe and landing area.
- Mansion House – Minor refurbishments to the surrounding grounds of the Mansion house. Drainage upgrades and access to the south-side of the property. These works were carried out due to the new luas line being fitted to Dawson Street. – Client – Dublin City Council.
